I'm most excited to attend Tamara Laing's class titled "Healing Arts for Stress and Trauma Release."  Tamara is a wonderful person who has great insight and experience with energy medicine.  She has written a fantastic book called "Healing Arts:  LDS Insight on the Light of Christ and Energy Medicine."  She will be sharing a lot of what is in her book along with the energy tools and methods she used to help her daughter during her pregnancy and labor.  

There are also many other classes and birth film premiers to enjoy.  Can't wait!
